Survey'd to William Holmes & Charles Stewart on the 22d day of September 1785 the above described tract of three hundred & sixty seven acres & three quarters of an acre & allowance of six pcent Situate on the waters of the Black Lick Creek on the west side of Brackens Mill creek about two miles from the mill house below & adjoining land Surveyed for Isaiah Jones & Company in Westmorland County by warrant of the 29th day of August 1785.
