Luella M. Snider, 85, of Remus passed away May 17, 2011

Snider was born August 29, 1925 in Mount Pleasant, MI,. Luella was raised in Beal City area with her parents Joseph & Laura (Yunker) Keiffer. She married Albert Snider and resided in Remus.
Surviving: Sons: Albert and his wife Betty of Midland; Kenneth and his wife Char; Joseph and his wife Deb both of Remus; Ralph and his wife Rise of Belding; one daughter Dorothy and her husband Michael Stuk of Six Lakes; 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, also numerous nieces and nephews.
Luella was preceded in death by her husband Albert Feb. 12, 2011, one son John Snider, a brother Patrick (Dorothy) Finnerty, 2 sisters: Dorothy (Frank) Quinn and Olive Baker.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday May 20, 2011 at the St. Michaels Catholic Church of Remus, MI with Fr. Michael Burt officiating. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 PM on Thursday May 19, 2011 at the funeral home. Rosary will be prayed at 7 pm Thursday. Burial in St. Michaels Cemetery of Remus. Memorials in lieu of flowers to Hospice of Michigan-Mecosta County may be left at the funeral home. For online obit and register book see www.legacy.com. Luella M. Snider age 85, of Remus, passed away Tuesday May 17, 2011. She was born August 29, 1925, in Mount Pleasant. Luella was raised in Beal City area with her parents Joseph & Laura (Yunker) Keiffer. She married Albert Snider and resided in Remus.
