Arthur J. Yuncker, 57, died Tuesday morning at the residence, Ivanrest-rd., after an illness of three months. He was born in Pewamo Sept. 20, 1879, and came to this vicinity 40 years ago, having been employed as foreman for the York Band Instrument Co. 39 years. In 1904 he was married to Lillian Noel, who survives him. He had been a member of Holy Name Society and of Schiller tent of Maccabees.
Besides the widow he is survived by a son, Frank J.; three brothers, Henry J. of Pittsburgh, Louis of Saginaw and John of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Voisin and Mrs. Joseph Keiffer, both of Beal City, and one [granddaughter], Dawn Yvonne.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Name church. Burial will be in St. Andrew's cemetery.

YUNCKER--Mrs. Lillian A. Yuncker, aged 71, widow of Arthur Yuncker, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon at her home, 3669 Ivanrest Rd., SW. She is survived by one son, Frank J. Yuncker; one granddaughter, Dawn Yvonne; four brothers, William, Peter, Henry and Bernard Noel; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Callan and Mrs. Fred Kuhn. Funeral Mass will be Monday morning at 9 o'clock in Holy Name Church. Interment in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Mrs. Yuncker reposes at the Alt Mortuary, where members of the Altar and Rosary Societies and friends will recite the Rosary Sunday evening at 8 o'clock.
