Letha Alexander, 92, formerly of Elyria, Ohio, died Tuesday Sept. 2, 2008 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Turtle Creek, Penn, the daughter of the late John and Ruth Pollock Stewart. Letha served as the office manager of the Probate Court of Elyria Ohio for 25 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Women's Club of Elyria.
Letha was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Alexander; son, Edward Lotus; granddaughter Lexine Alley; three sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include her daughter, Janice (John) Alley of Spring City; six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. in the Spring City Cemetery with Rev. Dave Witt officiating.
Vaughn Funeral Home of Spring City is in charge of arrangements.
