The 1881 Canadian census showing the family of Peter Joseph "Joseph" Voisin [I00688]. Catherine Voisin [I02073] is listed as "adopted." She may actually be an adopted daughter, or perhaps a relative, or even a child of one of Joseph's children. It is interesting that her origin is "German," whereas all others are "French." Joseph's son John Voisin [I01798], is the only son left at home.
