Ruth P. Voisin
Ruth P. Voisin, 64, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 1992, in Findlay, Ohio.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Sacred Heart Church with Father Tom McNamara with Deacon John Wilberding concelebrating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.
Friends may call at Lux Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant today from 1 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service. A prayer service is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Heart Fund or Cancer Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Mrs. Voisin was born Aug. 28, 1927, in Turtle Creek, Pa., the daughter of John and Ida (Pohl) Stewart. She married Jack Voisin Jan. 8, 1949, at Sacred Heart Church in Mt. Pleasant.
She worked as a medical technologist at Central Michigan Community Hospital in Mt. Pleasant for 26 years before retiring in 1988.
Mrs. Voisin is survived by her husband, Jack of Mt. Pleasant; three sons, Scott of Minneapolis, Steve and his wife Sue of Farmington Hills, and Mike of Huntsville, Ala.; a brother, Jack and his wife Ruth Stewart of McKeesport, Pa.; three sisters, Mary McWhinney of Jeannette, Pa., Della and her husband Ross Shaughnessy of Delmont, Pa., and Letha and her husband Bruce Alexander of Elyria, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
