An entry for Beal City, Michigan in the Michigan State Gazetteer and Business Directory for 1897. It shows Jacob P. Yuncker as postmaster, shoemaker and stationer. Although it indicates John P. Yuncker, this is likely a typographical error and Jacob P. Yuncker was intended. It also shows Joseph Voisin, here incorrectly spelled as Vaesen, was a constable. He shared that responsibility with M. D. Bover.
