A short biography of Jacob P. Yuncker [00022] and Anna Margaret (Pohl) Yuncker [00023] published in a Beal City centennial book.

According to deed records, Jacob purchased 80 acres of land in 1881. This was the east half of the northwest quarter of section 27, Nottawa Township, Isabella, Michigan. It was directly south and across the road from the land owned by Joseph Voisin [00021]. He may not have actually moved to Nottawa Township until 1882. From a letter (000665) written by Joseph Voisin, Jacob's wife and family may have moved to Nottawa Township sometime later.
