"On 22 Sep 1832 (Reg 2 Apr 1833) Benjamin Colerick sold to Joseph Waisain 55 acres in the west end of Lot 14 Concession 2 from the Niagara River, Willoughby Twp. for £125 (A214 #9113)"

Immediately to the north is the property of Debold Myers, a family tracked as a Voisin family neighbor in the census records. Debold Myers is probably the son and heir of Apolinaire Myers, the original head of household.
